Klaus Peter Frohmüller (born 1950) studied economics at the University of Konstanz. After completing his studies and working as a trainee, he assumed various management posts in the branch network of Commerzbank, with the focus on organization and operations. In 1990, he moved to Commerzbank AG’s headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, where he established the organization function and internal transaction bank. He was in charge of handling retail banking business, national and later international securities business, and global payment transactions, coupled with his responsibility for a large number of optimization and reorganization programs and the projects relating to the millennium changeover, introduction of the euro and integration of Euro Hypo.
From 2006 to 2013, Klaus Peter Frohmüller was COO (Chief Operating Officer), CIO (Chief Information Officer) and, up to 2009, Labor Director on the boards of the Wüstenrot & Württembergische Group in Stuttgart and Ludwigsburg and a member of the Supervisory Board of various companies. He currently works as a consultant with brain-in-transAction GmbH.
