The euromicron Group is launching its second sales trainee program in September and so continuing its further training drive. After intensifying its commitment at schools and universities, the Frankfurt-based specialist for network infrastructures intends to qualify selected university graduates as certified sales professionals in a 12-month course of training to be held at assessment centers starting in September.
As part of the dual system, the trainees will be given practical product-, customer- and company-specific training at one of euromicron’s nationwide subsidiaries on the basis of a detailed qualification plan. Alongside that, they will learn the theoretical fundamentals a sales executive needs in tailored seminar modules. In addition, sales professionals at the euromicron Group have already been trained as mentors to provide the trainees with technical and educational support. Job rotation will also be one aspect during the trainees’ spell at euromicron’s segments and will enable them to get to know the entire product and service portfolio. “Leveraging cross-selling potentials and conveying a deep understanding of euromicron’s all-round solutions will thus be a key content of the training,” says Bernd Ehrentraut, euromicron’s Director of Human Resources.
